Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2013 and Scrip Dividend Circular

The Company announces that the following documents will be posted to Shareholders today and have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism where they will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do:

1.    Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2013;

2.    Notice of 2014 Annual General Meeting;

3.    Form of Proxy; and

4.    Scrip Dividend Circular in respect of the second interim dividend for the year ended 31 December 2013.

The Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on 10 April 2014 at 10.30am in the Committee Room, The Royal Automobile Club, 89 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5HS.
