Beazley plc ("the Company") announces that on 4 March, Mr David Andrew Horton transferred 150,000 shares to his spouse, Mrs Sophie Emma Horton.

At 4 March 2014, Mr Horton and his connected person/s were interested in 1,780,087 shares, representing approximately 0.34% of the issued share capital of the Company.

These notifications were made in accordance with DTR 3.1.
