On the 4 March 2014 Burberry Group plc (the "Company") received the following notices under DTR 3.1.2 from Angela Ahrendts, a Director of the Company:

1.   Changes to Shareholding:

Angela Ahrendts gifted 65,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Shares") on 3 March 2014 to the Ahrendts-Couch Family Foundation UK, a charity registered in England and Wales, UK, of which she is a director (but not a beneficiary).

2.   Transactions:

The Ahrendts-Couch Family Foundation UK, a charity registered in England and Wales, UK, of which Angela Ahrendts is a director (but not a beneficiary), sold 65,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Shares") on 3 March 2014, at a price of 1511.61 pence per Share, to enable the Foundation to make charitable donations.  Following the sale the Ahrendts-Couch Family Foundation UK holds no Shares.
