Annual Financial Report and Notice of AGM

The Company announces that the following documents have today been posted to shareholders and in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 and 9.6.3 have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do:

1.   Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 29 December 2013;

2.   Notice of Annual General Meeting; and

3.   Form of Proxy.

Copies of the above documents can also be downloaded from the Company's website at http://corporate.dominos.co.uk  

The Company released its Preliminary Announcement of Final Results for the year ended 29 December 2013 (the "Announcement") on 27 February 2014.  The Announcement contained all the information required under Rule 6.3.5 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The AGM is scheduled to be held at 1pm on Wednesday 2nd April 2014 at Domino's Head Office, Supply Chain Centre, 1 Thornbury, West Ashland, Milton Keynes MK6 4BB.
