The shares that were transferred constituted all of Pamela Joyce Sinclair's holdings in Mountview Estates P.L.C. Following this transfer, the executors of Pamela Joyce Sinclair's estate no longer have any interest in the shares of Mountview Estates P.L.C. Mr Sinclair's beneficial interest in Mountview Estates P.L.C. has not changed and remains as stated in the Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2013.
