Result of AGM, Directorate Change

At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today, Louise George (Chief Executive Officer) was not re-appointed to the Board.  Additionally, resolutions 6 and 7 were not passed.  All other resolutions were duly passed. 

Brian Emslie (Chairman) and Nick Fox (Non Executive Director) both informed the Board today of their intention to resign, such resignations having effect from 2 June 2014.
