Board change

Totally (AIM: TLY), announces that George Rolls, who has been a member of the Board since his appointment in June 2013, has resigned from his position as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect in order to focus more attention on his other business interests.

Michael Sinclair, Chairman of Totally, said: "The Board and I would like to thank George for his valued input especially with our recent fundraising and support for the Company and wish him well in the future. 

"We will be recruiting a new Board member, with an appropriate skill set and understanding of the UK healthcare industry, as soon as possible and will update shareholders accordingly."
