Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company confirms that it has today posted to shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2013, together with a notice of the Annual General Meeting, which will be held at 12.00 p.m. on 26 March 2014 at 2 Northwood Avenue, Santry Demesne, Santry, Dublin 9, Ireland.

Copies of the notice of the Annual General Meeting, Annual Report and Accounts 2013 and Form of Proxy have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
