PID dividend

20 February 2014

Ground Rents Income Fund plc today announces an interim PID dividend for the period from 1 January 2014 to 31 March 2014 of 1.043 pence per ordinary share and 0.5 pence per  convertible preference share as follows:

Ex-Dividend Date - 26 February 2014

Record Date - 28 February 2014

Payment Date - 31 March 2014

June dividend

It is proposed that the interim PID, non PID dividend and convertible preference share dividend to be announced on 15 May 2014 will be for the period from 1 April 2014 to the preference share conversion date (being the earlier of the date falling 12 months after the admission of the preference shares and such business day as the Directors may otherwise determine). This is to cover the period up to the expected preference share conversion.   The final quarter PID and non PID dividend will cover the period immediately following the preference share conversion date up to 30 September 2014.

Record Date - 23 May 2014

Payment Date - 30 June 2014
