1.    Sale of Shares

The following Directors sold 765,000 (0.65%) ordinary 1p shares in Helical Bar at 376.54p per share:

2.    Helical Bar Employee Share Ownership Plan Trust ("ESOP")

On 14 February 2014, the ESOP purchased 250,000 ordinary 1p shares in Helical Bar at 376.54p per share. The ESOP now holds 1,541,844 (1.3%) ordinary 1p shares.
