CAS was notified on 13 February that Oliver Fattal, the Company's Non-Executive Director yesterday sold 40,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 5 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this disposal, Mr Fattal's total shareholding is 1,360,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 12.43% of the Company's issued share capital.
