Inchcape plc - Transactions in Own Shares

Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 13 February 2014 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 107,000 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 610.50 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 592.00 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 458,519,203 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
