Voting rights following £20.7 million placing

KSK Power Ventur plc (KSK.L), the power project company listed on the London Stock Exchange with interests in multiple power plants and businesses across India, confirms that following the placing of 15,930,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as announced on 6 February 2014, the number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company will be as follows:

Following admission on:	Ordinary Shares with voting rights
Tuesday 11 February 2014	165,750,600
Tuesday 25 February 2014	175,308,600

These figures may be used by shareholders following the respective dates of admission as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, their shareholding in the Company.
