Intention to launch a Top Up Offer

The Directors of the Company announce they intend to launch a top up offer in February 2014 ("the Offer").  This follows the very successful introductory open offer which closed on 31 January 2014 and which raised £16.5 million.   Full details of the Offer will be contained in the top up offer document that is expected to be published shortly.
