Grant of options

The Company announces that on 31 January 2014 the following Directors/PDMRs were granted options over ordinary shares of 3.33 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Share") with an exercise price of 98 pence per Ordinary Share ("Award Shares"). The Award Shares relate to the company-wide 2014 Sharesave Scheme and are exercisable from 1st April 2017.
