Interim Management Statement - 6 February 2014

Mountview Estates P.L.C. ("the Group") publishes its Interim Management Statement covering the period from the beginning of the Group's financial year, 1 April 2013, to date.

Gross Profit is up by 11%, Profit before tax is up by 22% and Earnings per share are up by 23%. These figures show a position of strength at the end of our third quarter but the final quarter must give a strong performance before we can confirm increases for the full year. Debt has been further reduced so the Group is well placed to make any suitable purchases.
