Appointment of Non-Executive Directors

KSK Power Ventur plc, the power project company listed on the London Stock Exchange, with interests in multiple power plants and businesses across India, is pleased to announce that Mr Keith Nicholas Henry and Guy Delemere Lafferty have agreed to join the Company's board as new Non-Executive Directors, subject to usual regulatory searches.  Further details will be announced presently.

Mr Henry has had a long and successful career in the global power and energy sectors. He has run large private and publicly listed companies that successfully established major assets in both developed and emerging markets. During his career, Keith was Chief Executive of National Power plc, a FTSE100 company, International Power, Brown & Root Ltd, and Kvaerner Engineering & Construction Ltd.

As a Non-Executive Director, Keith has served on the main board of many listed companies, including the roles of Chairman of Burren Energy plc, Helius Energy plc, and Petrojarl ASA; the Senior Independent Director of Emerald Energy plc; and Non-Executive Director of First Calgary Petroleums Ltd and Enterprise Oil plc. For several years he was also a Non-Executive Director of Punj Lloyd Group, the Bombay Stock Exchange quoted engineering company based in Delhi. He is currently Chairman of Regal Petroleum plc, Mediterranean Oil & Gas plc, and Greenko Group plc.

Mr Lafferty has served as a Director of Höegh LNG since 2011 and ZincOx Resources since 2009. He is a Partner of Höegh Capital Partners Ltd. Previously Guy worked at the investment banking arm of The Royal Bank of Canada and for the National Westminster Bank in London and New York.
