Burberry Group plc - Board Change

Burberry is pleased to announce that Jeremy Darroch has been appointed to the Board as a non-executive director and as a member of each of the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees of the Board, each with effect from 5 February 2014.

Jeremy is Chief Executive Officer of British Sky Broadcasting Group plc, a position he has held since 2007 having joined the company as Chief Financial Officer in 2004. Prior to Sky, Jeremy was Group Finance Director of DSG International plc (formerly Dixons Group plc) and spent 12 years at Procter & Gamble in a variety of roles in the UK and Europe. Jeremy also previously served as a non-executive director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Marks and Spencer Group plc.
