Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the blocklisting of, and to the London Stock Exchange for the Admission of, 1,693,579 ordinary shares of £1 each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary shares, to the Official List.

The 1,693,579 shares will be issued in respect of the Paragon Performance Share Plan 2003 and the Paragon Performance Share Plan 2013.
