Appointment of Broker

Further to recent announcements relating to the Company's proposed cancellation of admission to the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange and the proposed admission to trading on AIM, CAS announces the appointment, with immediate effect, of Peterhouse Corporate Finance, as broker to the Company.

Jason Drummond, Executive Chairman of CAS, commented; "the appointment of Peterhouse Corporate Finance reflects the recent renewed interest in the Company's stock. It also supports our efforts to communicate the CAS story to a wider investor base and further increase liquidity in the stock."
