Holding in Company

Mulberry Group plc (the "Company") has been informed that on 31 January 2014, Challice Limited (a company controlled by Mr Ong Beng Seng and Mrs Christina Ong) purchased 140,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company at an average price of 660p per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Challice Limited holds 33,726,444 ordinary shares which represents 56.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
