Interim Management Statement

In accordance with the UK Listing Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company issues its Interim Management Statement in respect of the period from 1 September 2013 to 29 January 2014.

The Company remains a "cash shell" and the Board continues to seek opportunities to maximize the value of the Company. In the meantime, the Company continues to keep expenditure to a minimum in order to preserve its cash resources. The Company had cash at bank and in hand of approximately £43,000 at 29 January 2014.

On 12 September 2013 the Company raised £111,000 of new equity capital before expenses through an open offer to shareholders. As indicated in the letter to shareholders of 5 June 2013, the proceeds of the open offer were used to repay the majority of the interim loan finance raised prior to the open offer. Apart from this, no material events or transactions took place during the period from 1 September 2013 to 29 January 2014, which had an impact on the financial position or performance of the Company.
