Playtech PLC

30 January 2014

Playtech plc

("Playtech" or the "Company")

Post-close Trading Statement

Playtech (LSE: PTEC) is pleased to confirm that since the interim management statement released on 29 October 2013, the Company continued to perform strongly. Playtech completed the rollout of further market-leading products, specifically focusing on its mobile and sports verticals both in Europe and elsewhere, as part of the Company's strategy to further diversify its business and create the building blocks for future growth.

In line with its strategy, Playtech continues to strengthen its position by signing new licensees and cooperating closely with the Company's existing licensees ahead of major sports events later this year.

It is the Board's expectation that both total revenues and adjusted EBITDA for the full year will be marginally ahead of current analysts' consensus.
