Delay to Timetable of Delisting and Admission

Further to the announcement made on 23 January 2014 entitled 'Completion of the Disposal and Revised Timetable of Delisting and Admission', CAS announces that the expected timetable of principal events in relation to the proposed cancellation of admission to the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange and the proposed admission to trading on AIM which was released in that announcement has been further delayed.

The Company intends to update Shareholders as to the revised timing of the Delisting and Admission as soon as the revised timetable can be confirmed.

Except as otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms have the same meanings as set out in the Circular dated 26 November 2013.
