Inchcape plc - Transactions in Own Shares

Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 29 January 2014 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 110,000 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 607.00 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 587.50 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 459,513,517 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
