Tracsis confirms that it has received notice that on 20 January 2014, BlackRock Inc acquired, through its wholly owned subsidiary, BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited, 1,440,986 Ordinary Shares.

Accordingly BlackRock Inc has an indirect holding in, and BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited has a direct holding in 1,440,986 Ordinary Shares which represents 5.64% of the total issued share capital in the Company and 5.64% of the total voting rights in the Company.
