Director shareholding and Holding in Company

Director shareholding

Palace Capital, the property company focussed on investing in the UK's secondary property market outside London, announces that Roger Nagioff, recently appointed a Non Executive Director of the Company, currently holds a total beneficial interest in 337,500 ordinary shares in Palace Capital, equivalent to 2.71% of the Company's issued share capital. 

These ordinary shares were acquired by Mr Nagioff under the placing by Palace Capital at the time of the acquisition of the Sequel portfolio, announced on 2 October 2013.

Holding in Company

Further, the Company has today been informed that Jeremy Isaacs currently has a total beneficial interest in 562,500 ordinary shares in Palace Capital, equivalent to 4.52% of the Company's total issued share capital. 

These shares were acquired by Mr Isaacs under the placing by Palace Capital at the time of the acquisition of the Sequel portfolio.

These holdings form part of the notifiable shareholding included in the Schedule 1 issued on 4 October 2013, under Monecor (London) Limited.
