                                                            20 January 2014                             Norman Broadbent plc              ("Norman Broadbent", the "Company" or the "Group")                              Directorate Change                                      and                   Key appointment to Arcus Global PartnersThe Company announces that Ben Felton, a Board Director and the Company's ChiefFinancial Officer, has advised the Board that he will be resigning with effectfrom 30 March 2014 to take up a senior position in a larger organisation. Aprocess to find his replacement is underway and Ben will oversee the full yearaudit process. The Company expects to announce its full year results in April2014.Norman Broadbent is pleased to announce the appointment of Justin Whitehouse asHead of the Arcus Global Partners interim management practice with immediateeffect. Justin is joining Arcus Global Partners ("Arcus"), the Company's whollyowned subsidiary specialising in contingent search, executive RPO and interimmanagement, from Green Park Interim & Executive Search.
