Annual Report and Notice of AGM

The Company confirms that its Annual Report and Financial Statements (the "Annual Report") for the year ended 30 September 2013 will be published today on its website at http://www.zytronicplc.com/investors/results-and-presentations/ 

The Annual Report and Notice of Meeting in respect of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") were posted to shareholders on 17 January 2014. The AGM is being held at the Company's offices at Whiteley Road, Blaydon on Tyne, Tyne & Wear, NE21 5NJ on Thursday 27 February 2014 at 2.00pm.
