Notification of Change of Interest

Tracsis has received notice that on 10 January 2014, the University of Leeds disposed of 450,000 ordinary shares in the Company and on 13 January 2014, it disposed of a further 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company.

The University of Leeds now holds 2,340,000 representing 9.16% of the total issued share capital in the Company and 9.16% of the total voting rights in the Company.
