The Company has received notice that on 17 January 2014, Tarom Foundation sold 1,200,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 100p.

The sole director and investment manager of Tarom Foundation is Alexander Ospelt, who is also a director of Billington.

Following this transaction, Tarom continue to hold 1,445,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 11.17% of the total issued share capital in the Company.
