Primary Health Properties PLC ("PHP"), the UK's leading investor in modern primary healthcare facilities, announces that a wholly owned subsidiary has contracted to fund the development of and acquire a new modern, purpose built medical centre to be constructed in Wrexham. The total consideration will be £2.25 million (net assets acquired £2.25 million).

The centre will be wholly let to the Local Health Board on a 20 year lease term and is expected to be completed by the end of 2014.
