Conclusion of Review of Strategic Options

As part of the Company's Review of Strategic Options, the Board considered various proposals that had been made for the Group and has concluded that none of these adequately reflected the Board's view of the Company's value. The Board is therefore no longer considering the sale of the business and as a result this brings the Review of Strategic Options to a close.
