Scheme of Arrangement

CPPGroup Plc ("CPP" or the "Group") confirms that the High Court has today sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement ("Scheme") to review claims and, where appropriate, pay redress to customers.  The Scheme will become effective on or around 31 January 2014, when the Court order sanctioning the Scheme is filed at Companies House.
