Judges Scientific plc has been notified that Grayson Franks Limited ("Grayson Franks"), a company in which Mr. Grayson (a non-executive director of Fire Testing Technology Limited, a subsidiary of the Company) holds a 55 per cent. interest, has today sold 116,100 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company.  As a result of this transaction, neither Grayson Franks nor Mr. Grayson (when aggregated with the holding of Grayson Franks) has a notifiable interest in the Company.
