Director/PDMR shareholding

The Company has today been informed of a disposal on 03 January 2014 of 500,000 ordinary shares of 70p each by Family Trusts of which Alan Hardy, a non-executive Director, is a potential beneficiary.  Following this transaction, Mr Hardy's beneficial interest is now 4,296,474 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 5.32% of the Company's issued share capital.
