Exercise of Options

Parkmead reports that, pursuant to the exercise of options, 455,251 new ordinary shares of 1.5p each in the Company have been issued and allotted.

Accordingly, application has been made for the 455,251 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 14 January 2014.

The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company.  Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Company will be 69,535,403 ordinary shares.
