Land Securities Group PLC scrip dividend

Land Securities Group PLC confirms that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and London Stock Exchange for 1,893,695 ordinary shares to be admitted to trading, in relation to the operation of the Scrip Dividend Scheme for the second interim dividend for the year ending 31 March 2014, payable on 9 January 2014.  Dealings are expected to commence on 9 January 2014 and the shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

In accordance with the terms of the scrip dividend 1,893,695 ordinary shares are to be issued at a price of 934.50 pence per share.
