Notification of transactions by Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities ("PDMRs")

The Company has been advised that, on 20th December 2013, the Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below were awarded Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of £3.32 per Ordinary Share as Dividend Shares.

The Company has been further advised that, on 6th January 2014, the Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinary shares in the Company at a purchase price of £3.53 per Ordinary Share through a Profit Sharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme (the "Scheme") which has been approved by HMRC.
