The Company was informed on 31 December 2013 that on 30 December 2013 JG Murray (chairman of the Company) transferred 1,120,886 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") to JP Murray (non-executive director of the Company) for nil consideration.

The resultant beneficial holdings of Ordinary Shares of the directors concerned, including those held by their connected parties, following this transaction as notified to the company on 3 January 2014, are as follows:
