Director/PDMR Shareholding

Persimmon plc (the "Company") announces that it was notified on 23 December 2013 that on 20 December 2013 David Jenkinson transferred 964 ordinary shares in the Company into an ISA, following the exercise of a Sharesave option prior to his appointment as a director. 

David Jenkinson's holding in the Company has not changed as a result of this transaction and his total interest is 16,597 ordinary shares, representing <0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.

The issued ordinary share capital of the Company on 2 January 2014 was 304,658,260 ordinary shares.
