Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 20 December 2013 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 91,581 ordinary shares at an average price of 616.4871 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 461,106,324 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
