Inchcape plc - Transactions in Own Shares

Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 17 December 2013 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 122,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 587.8326 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 461,313,681 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
