DIRECTORATE APPOINTMENT

The Board of Directors of UK Commercial Property Trust Limited is pleased to announce that Mrs Sandra Platts has been appointed as a non-executive Director of the Company, effective 12 December 2013.

Mrs Platts, a resident of Guernsey, acts as a Director to public and private financial services clients.  She is a member of the Institute of Directors, with a strong background and knowledge of Corporate Governance and Risk Management in the banking arena.  Her other current appointment as a Director of a publicly quoted company is NB Global Floating rate Inc Fund.

The Board believe Mrs Platts brings skills that will compliment and strengthen the skill set of the Board as a whole.

There is no other information required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13 R of the Listing Rules.
