Further to the announcement of the interim results for the period from 11 January 2013 (date of incorporation) to 30 September 2013, the Company is pleased to announce the publication of a Supplementary Prospectus reflecting the interim results.

The Supplementary Prospectus will be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism which is located at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. Copies of the Prospectus will also be available on the Company's website at http://www.twentyfourincomefund.com/ and for collection, free of charge during normal business hours from the Company's registered office at Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3QL for as long as Ordinary Shares are available for issue under the Prospectus.
