CHANGE OF DIRECTOR DETAILS

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14 (2) of the Listing Rules, Mr Gareth Bullock, Non-Executive Director, has advised that he has been appointed as a non-executive director of Informa plc ("Informa"), the multinational publishing and knowledge company. Mr Bullock's appointment is with effect from 1st January 2014. 

The Board is satisfied that Mr Bullock's appointment with Informa complies with the UK Corporate Governance Code 2012.
