Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 10 December 2013 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 95,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 578.6213 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 461,824,281 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
