Notification of transactions by Directors or Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified that Mr Robert Childs, a Director, has exercised options and sold the resulting ordinary 5 55/89p shares ("Shares") in the Company in a series of transactions as detailed below:

·      On 3 December 2013 Mr Childs exercised 67,099 options under the Unapproved Share Option Scheme at 149.9p per Share and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 657.068p each.

·      On 4 December 2013 Mr Childs exercised a further 96,901 options under the Unapproved Share Option Scheme at 149.9p per Share and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 643.288p each.

·      On 5 December 2013 Mr Childs exercised a further 35,000 options under the Unapproved Share Option Scheme at 149.9p per Share and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 651.311p each.

As a result of the above transactions Mr Childs has sold a total of 199,000 Shares in the Company.
