Brooks Macdonald Group plc ("Brooks Macdonald" or the "Company") announces that, as part of the Long Term Incentive Scheme (LTIS) detailed in the Annual Report, certain directors of the Company were awarded shares of 1p each in the Company. There is a 3 year deferred period under the LTIS with the shares held in the EBT. The shares have already been purchased in the market and the price used to determine the number of shares allocated under the LTIS was 1,464p.
