Notification of transactions by Directors or Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified that Mr Robert Childs, a Director, has exercised options and sold the resulting ordinary 5 55/89p shares ("Shares") in the Company in a series of transactions as detailed below:

·      On 28 November 2013 Mr Childs exercised 15,063 options under the UK Approved Share Option Scheme at 151.4p per Share and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 677.201p each.

·      On 29 November 2013 Mr Childs exercised a further 4,749 options under the UK Approved Share Option Scheme at 151.4p per Share and 47,268 options under the Unapproved Share Option Scheme at 151.4p per Share and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 678.481p each.

·      On 2 December 2013 Mr Childs exercised a further 139,023 options under the Unapproved Share Option Scheme at 151.4p per Share and 7,104 options under the Unapproved Share Option Scheme at 149.9p per Share and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 660.493p each.

As a result of the above transactions Mr Childs has sold a total of 213,207 Shares in the Company.
